Fresh Spring Rolls (Two Rolls) GFM VM
The typical ingredients in Fresh Spring Rolls, or gỏi cuốn, includes shrimp, Asian barbecued pork, or tofu, Thai basil, lettuce, celery, bean sprouts, and rice vermicelli noodles, all wrapped in moistened rice paper and served with our house peanut sauce
Fried Egg Rolls (Four Rolls) VM
Fried Egg Rolls, or chả giò, are crispy rolls filled with shredded cabbage, sweet onions, ground pepper, carrots, glass noodles, and chopped pork or tofu. All these ingredients are rolled inside a thinly-wrapped wheat flour skin then fried & served with our house sweet chili sauce.​
Potstickers
Ground chicken and vegetables are seasoned and made into dumplings. Our Potstickers are served either steamed or fried, with a sweet soy sauce.​
Fried Wontons
Hoành Thánh Chiên, are a specialty in the Quang Nam Province of Vietnam. They are made with a mixture of seasoned pork, sweet onions, ground pepper, and carrots. All of this is wrapped and folded together to form a wonton that is then fried and served with our house sweet chili sauce.

Tofu that is deep-fried and sautéed with oyster sauce and light red sauce.

Green Papaya Salad
A staple across Southeast Asia. Cambodia knows this dish as Bok L'hong, Laos as Tam Maak Hoong, in Thailand as Som Tam, and Vietnam as Gỏi Đu Đủ. Our Green Papaya Salad comes with a choice of beef bulgogi or prawns served on a bed of shredded green papaya that is tossed with lime juice, chili, peanuts, garlic, and a tangy mildly sweet house sauce.
Larb Salad GF
A fresh and filing salad with your choice of meat minced with fresh herbs, vegetables, and spices. This salad is balanced with a serving of rice and iceberg lettuce.
Thai Beef Salad
Marinated beef grilled and rested on a bed of mixed leafy greens, red bell peppers, celery, and kaffir lime leaves. This salad is dressed in our house vinaigrette.
Saigon Crepe GF VM
Also known as Bánh Xèo, literally translates to "sizzling pancake", is named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet. Our Saigon Crêpe is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder. It is stuffed with bean sprouts, carrots, onions, and a choice of chicken and prawns, or tofu. This famous dish is served with a side of greens to make lettuce wraps for you to enjoy with our classic Vietnamese dipping sauce.
Vietnamese Salad Bowl
A traditional Vietnamese lemongrass salad with a bottom bed of mixed fresh vegetables including chopped iceberg lettuce, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and Thai basil. The middle layer is vermicelli noodles, and the top layer is made of carrots, roasted peanuts, and your choice of meat. This salad is served with a side of our house vinaigrette.

Tom Kha
Tom Kha
In Thailand, Tom Kha (ต้มข่าไก่) is not necessarily a true curry, but it is eaten more like a curry than a soup. Food classifications aside, this soup is Lele's favorite and one of our family's hidden gems. It leaves the kitchen boiling hot and is paired with a side of steamed rice. Known for its hot and sour aroma, our Tom Kha is a thick and creamy soup made with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, onions, mushrooms, and lemongrass. This combination of ingredients delivers the full flavor of Southeast Asian delicacies into each spoonful.

Also known as Bún bò Huế, this noodle soup is named after the city of Huế in central Vietnam where the first bowl came into existence. This dish uses beef broth that is simmered with lemongrass, spicy chili oil, and shrimp sauce. It is made with rounded rice noodles, well-cooked beef, and served with a side of fresh greens for a refreshing balance.

Malaysian Noodles (VM)
Our take on a popular Malaysian dish. We pan-fry rice noodles in a garlic, chili oil, and soy sauce base with your choice of meat. This dish is most known for its ingredients including Chinese sausage, shallots, onions, broccoli, bean sprouts, and carrots.
Pad Thai (VM GFM)
Unarguably the most popular rice noodle dish from Thailand. A hefty serving of stir-fried rice noodles with tamarind sauce, tofu, garlic, chives and bean sprouts. We top our Pad Thai with your choice of meat, egg, roasted peanuts, and serve it with the side of our house yellow coconut peanut sauce.
Pan-Fried Noodle (VM)
A simple fried noodle dish with a soy sauce base. A mix of fresh vegetables are lightly sautéed and seasoned over a bed of pan-fried wheat noodles, then topped with your choice of meat and cilantro.
Rice Noodle (VM GFM)

Phat Si-Io (VM)
This is a popular Thai stir-fry noodle dish made with wide extra thick rice noodles in a sweet and savory base made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Ingredients also include broccoli, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, egg, and your choice of meat. Similar to Chow Fun and Drunken Noodles, the name of the dish, Phat Si-io or Pad See Ew translates to "fried soy sauce" and is a Lele's classic.

Grand Ginger (VM GFM)

Basil Delight (GFM)

Bulgogi
Literally translating to "fire meat", Bulgogi is a Korean style rice dish made from thin slices of prime beef that is marinated with a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ground black pepper, and other ingredients such as scallions, ginger, and onions. The marinated slices are then grilled, topped with sesame seeds, and served with a side of mixed vegetables and steamed rice.

Ended up here by chance when we showed up to the movie theater too early. We were seated right away and there people in and out the entire time. I got the tofu/green bean rice bowl and my husband got the Viet curry and both were delicious. Portions were really big (which just meant lunch for the next day and food kept well). Our waitress was kind and attentive and, even on her first day, did a great job. What was an accidental date night turned into a fun new dinner spot for us.

Don 't order the Pho. I had a large bowl of the Rare Beef Rib Eye Pho. There are way better places in Gig Harbor to go to for Pho. There was less meat in my large Pho than what I get at other places in a small bowl. The broth had a lot of fat floating on the top. I love Pho and am trying every restaurant in Gig Harbor that has Pho since moving here in 2025. No other place had fat floating on top of the Pho. Were I rating the Pho, I would give it a 1 star, maybe 2.
