We did not receive a smile from the hostess and were bumped even though we had reservations and were "complete." We were seated at the furthest table from the entrance there were other tables available. The moment our chef turned on the fan an artic wind began to blow. It was so cold that our food chilled before we could eat it. The food would have been good if it had been hot. Also not one American beer available. We have been here many times but will not return.
They packed 9 adults and 1 kid around the table. It was elbow to elbow. This caused the food to come out from the cook so slow. The menu's were super sticky and the amount of food was disappointing for $170 for two people to eat. We were not the only ones frustrated and multiple people made comments at the table about the small amount food each person got.

We've been dining at Mizu since they opened for special occasions. It has lost its luster! It was a sterile, clunky, rushed experience. No more warm welcome. The chefs (I watched others too) have a very condensed/stiff presentation. We had an amateur chef and it was awkward watching him struggle! There were huge egg shells in our fried rice from egg trick fails. They used to clear the soup, salad, and appetizer plates.
