Today was an off day... usually this location is normally great... we took our pizza to go... my pizza didn't seem like it was cooked all the way. Store seemed under staffed. The staff was overwhelmed. They were working their butts off. I hope their customers were patient with them seeing how little help they had!!!

We had such a great experience at MOD Pizza in Gig Harbor! From the moment we walked in, everyone greeted us with a smile and was genuinely kind and happy to help. Our pizzas were cooked perfectly and exactly how we ordered them. They even gave us hella ranch without hesitation, which was a win! On our way out, one of the employees went out of their way to hold the door open for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great food, excellent customer service, and an all-around positive...

The staff here is always super nice. They remade my pizza after I was a bit late to pick up which was so nice and I always have a good experience when I come here the staff is great !!!
