Customer service was good. I guess because they gave us a discount because at the time they didn't have any chickens so they gave us steak. But the chips taste a little like old grease.

My husband went into order and got asked the same questions over and over because the young man helping him had an earbud in his ear the entire time. What's happened to customer service?

The food here is delicious. The serving sizes are very large. The burrito I ordered was huge and I instantly regretted eating it all in one sitting. I should have saved half of it for later. Their catering services are great and used regularly by the company I work for. It is a bit on the expensive size so I don't eat here often.
