I'm not sure I've ever had a "good" customer service experience here? It's always busy and the wait in the drive thru is usually much longer than it should be. Young employees with a "blah" attitude. Go support local!

Great place to sit and chill. Standard quality Starbucks coffee. Nice location.
Every time I’ve gone here, I’ve waited 15-20 minutes for an order. Today they were out of an item I mobile ordered, and after getting to the window, I was offered a refund or a different item. I asked for a refund, and they went and asked about doing a refund. Came back and offered me food or a refund again. Had to go get a second person to process the refund after I asked for a refund again.
