I had the philly sandwich. The roll was as dry as desert. I asked her to please put on everything that's supposed to be on there. I got The steak The cheese Some red onion And a few Pickles. Once I asked her again To please add what was supposed to be on the sandwich. That not what I got.

Although they had a couple of people they were training at this particular branch they were doing a very good job there was excellent customer service and everything was made to perfection as I asked. It was fresh delicious and pretty quick. And all of that with a smile and very pleasant attitude from every member of this crew good job Subway of Gig Harbor!

I purchased a sub approximately 1 week ago from this store. I had them write my name “Nate higgers” on the packaging just to personalize it abit more and I loved it. I ended up soiling my jocks in the bathroom and clogging the toilet and the workers were fast to scrub it down. Exceptional service
