Amazing coffee
We came to Gold Bar for a wedding and this was the best coffee in town (and honestly best coffee we’ve had in Washington!). Mark and Sandy were so kind and the other girls working there were a pleasure! Great coffee and mountain views! We went so many times in the early morning they started to remember our coffee order. Everyone was so kind. Highly recommend this spot!

Espresso Chalet is a charming roadside coffee stand with a fun Sasquatch theme, located on state road 2. It offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, along with a wide variety of flavors and types of coffee. While there may be a short wait during peak times, the drive-through option makes it convenient for customers. The parking lot can fill up, but there are usually spots available. For those with mobility devices, the drive-through is recommended due to the uneven pavement and landscape. Espresso Chalet also has a selection of food, including a blueberry scone, and offers various milk options for coffee.
The outdoor seating area provides beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains, making it a great place to stop and take in the scenery while enjoying a beverage. After ordering, customers can browse the small gift shop filled with Bigfoot decor, offering great photo opportunities. One standout drink is the White Chocolate Pumpkin Latte, described as sweet and festive, perfect for a chilly mountain drive. The eggnog lattes are also a favorite during the fall and winter, topped with chocolate-covered espresso beans for an extra treat.
