Stopped in after hiking Wallace Falls. Very unique place, we loved it. The owners are super nice people. If your on US 2 in Index Washington, definitely stop in for a cold one.

The sandbar Tavern is an incredible establishment!! Amazing atmosphere! They really bring all of Washington state into one spot! I knew I loved index. The view from the front deck and the bar is like nothing Iv seen off the highway before. 10/10 hot dog bar, must get the meat ball sub next time. Highly recommend the raspberry amber ale.
