Hook Line Espresso is an institution that stands out in an uncertain world. I have had only 1-2 less than excellent espresso drinks here in 3 years of weekly visits. The grounds are of quality and never burnt or reused. I don’t stray from a breve or americano, but their drink menu is one of the most creative around. They have very low barista turnover, and staff are very pleasant. If I was going to bet my life on a good coffee drink I would have it made here.
My favorite coffee stand lately! I've been going on warmer days for an iced mocha, and it's been consistently the same, great beverage. Never watery, not too sweet (but still chocolate-y), and I can still taste the coffee. The staff are also super friendly! Dropping by midday always gives me the pep to get through the rest of it

I'm a home espresso hobbyist, and found that they serve one of the best cups of coffee in the whole region. Prices are affordable, and they are friendly and fast.
A must stop whenever I am working in the area or heading to the loop.
