La Terraza Food Truck 3 serves amazing Mexican food with great prices. Customers recommend the breakfast burritos, steak and chicken burritos, tacos de birra, and birria queso tacos with consommé. The birria quesadilla is described as having tons of meat with tons of flavor, super cheesy with tender juicy birria, and it comes with free guacamole. The side of rice and beans and fried jalapenos are also praised. The food is delicious and addicting, with the best Lengua and solid burritos. The hot sauce has heat AND flavor, and the agua fresca, including tamarind and horchata, is perfectly sweet and refreshing. The tamarind drink is one of the best. Service is quick and the location is convenient, open until 9 after a Saturday hike. Prices are very good, with two meals for about 20 dollars or less. One note: the salsa was very mild, so customers who like spice might want to specify. Overall, it is a 10/10 meal and a solid post hike stop.
