We happen to go in during the week about 9 AM. The police had two or three groups of individuals already ahead of us waiting for their drinks. After about 10 minutes, we decided that we could no longer wait and we decided to go to the coffee shop up on the hill by Lake Cushman.
Cute coffee shop with friendly service. I had a cold brew and an almond poppyseed muffin. Both were delicious! We bought a bag of coffee beans and they freshly ground the beans for us.
Four of us stopped for ice cream on A Sunday afternoon. Two of us ordered the hot fudge sundae. The clerk asked if we wanted 2 Scoops of ice cream so he said yes. She asked if we wanted everything on top and we said yes. The Sundays came with one scoop, perhaps she thought it was a big scoop? Anyway, the Sunday MAY Have had 2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce or hot fudge, but probably not even that much. There were a few nuts wrinkled on top with a cherry. $11 for this small cup...
