“My husband and I had time to kill while our dog was getting his hair cut and decided to try this bubble tea place. We are VERY happy we did. “Drinks are amazing but service and the place itself need more love. They say they open 10:30am Saturdays but they won’t let you in until 11:30am. The sign outside says 10:30am and they claim that needs to be changed… for how long? Their door has been broken for more than 6 months and they keep a wooden patch? Looks so bad, not sure why they can’t fix it.“

“I have been going to Happy Lemon in Redmond since they opened! I have been so impressed with the generosity of the owner and the kindness of the staff. My son chose to work towards a bubble tea as his reward to earn for his latest sticker chart. The staff was so welcoming and made a big celebration when we came in! They even drew a picture and wrote a special note on the cup to make it more memorable for him! The bubble tea is not only delicious, but the location is inviting, clean and the parking is convenient! I would absolutely recommend Happy Lemon Redmond to anyone who loves bubble tea!! 10/10“

I think they do a great job maintaining professionalism given the entitled demographic here in Bellevue.
