Terrible management and unprofessional people. When I came in, an employee was being yelled at by a higher up in front of everyone, which I felt was unreasonable.

This place is in desperate need of some adult supervision. They only had one employee on the grill. The other two employees were doing something in the back for about 10 minutes. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes. The guy on the grill didn't say a word to me. When the second employee came up to take my order. He was rude. He got my order wrong. When I corrected him he got an attitude. Then he just walked off, without saying a word. After, I paid with the card I had to grab my own receipt off the register. The subs were cooked well.

Ordered food. It wasn't correct told the employee it wasn't correct he argued with me and didn't remake the food. Sandwich was supposed to be only mayo. With a food allergy I cannot eat it now. $10 wasted.

Stopped in on 8/20 at 430pish. One guy there who never took my order. He was making someone else’s sandwich, but can you at least take my order or acknowledge me? Waited over ten minute for him to finish and he still wasn’t done, so I left. Guy working probably didn’t care.

It's a chain, so you know what you are getting. This location suffers from the lunch rush on base. Long wait times and poor customer service. I think all the food court businesses are this way because they have a captive audience. No one wants to eat in the DFAC and sometimes you don't have time to go to Lakewood.

Have never had any issues with Charley's, until today. Not sure if people were new or what. Person that took our order only gave us 1 ultimate fry instead of 3. I requested no onion and to add green pepper. The person on the line forgot to add the green pepper and blamed it on the person that took our order. Our receipt showed no onion and add green peppers. She blamed the error on someone else. Then the person putting condiments had to have been new. She barely put any toppings on our sandwiches. It just seemed so unorganized. We just got home and 2 sandwiches are completely messed up. My son went back down to post to get the correct sandwiches. This is just a headache. Everything is just messed up. Trying to call the store and all we get is a busy signal. Not a happy customer
