“It's a breath of fresh air to see a small business that does things right. Everything from the functionality to the food is great. I'm not from the area but I have to come through often for doctors appointments and this is now one of my go-to stops for food. The food is great. The only thing I've not enjoyed was the loaded fries. I think they use queso sauce and I'd much order no cheese sauce whatsoever and instead shredded cheese that's melted on there. The plain fries are amazing though! And so is the chicken and the signature sauce.“

“Shaquille O'Neil has a new chicken sandwich chain that's rolling out in the PNW. They recently opened a Tacoma location. The food looked good so I decided to try it. The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich was great. Mac & cheese, crispy onions on it. It was substantial. I had the crinkly cut fries too. Pretty good food considering I was so hungry. I would definitely try this again.“

“Whoever said in the reviews that this is the best Korean fried chicken place around was absolutely right. Our last fav has unexpectedly closed and while this is further, it's definitely worth the drive. We got the plain chicken and the honey garlic chicken. We also got a cheese dog and a seafood green onion pancake. Everything was soooooo so good. I had never had a cheese dog before but I am now a convert. The seafood pancake was perfect, crispy and not oily. Now the chicken, OMG even the plain was delicious, crispy, and NOT SWIMMING IN GREASE. As a testament to the food quality, we often have horrible bloat and some GI upset after eating fried chicken due to the grease (even at our favorite place it was a regular occurrence) but that did not happen here. Not only that, the chicken kept well and was still good 2 days later.“

“We ordered the grilled Chicken club, the spicy pimento chicken sandwiches, 2 sides of Mac n cheese and 2 drinks. The food was good but they messed up our meals and gave us fries on one order. We really have never been fond of chicken fil a. And seeing that they cannot get a simple order correct it's no wonder why.“

As usual, the food at this Jollibee is excellent! The star of the show is definitely the fried chicken, and the Filipino options that Jollibee offers. The chicken is one of the best fast food casual chain fried chicken that I’ve ever had, and known this since trying the Tukwila location. Sides are great, pineapple quencher is a go-to, peach mango pies are amazing, and overall is better than Popeyes.

5/5 stars, is almost identical to its Tukwila location.“

“Many people write reviews saying how things are wrong or other negative, but I want to write a review of a positive experience. I went for a late lunch and chose to go to the Steillacoom KFC location. The crew were all very warm and friendly and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. The food was also as good as it always was, which is something you come to expect at KFC. My order was prepared quickly and given to me before I even chose which soda I wanted from the fountain (I always taste-test a few to see what I am in the mood for), which was no more than a minute or two. The food was hot and fresh and as I said, tasted good.

I want to give a shout out to the whole crew at the location, including Andrea, Janel and Konstant. There was a young man working, but I did not get his name.

This is my preferred Tacoma-area Kentucky Fried Chicken and will return to this location again. Thank you crew for making me feel welcome!
