Never had them mess up any of my orders and I’ve eaten here quite a bit since they opened. Staff is always friendly, the orders are occasionally later than the advertised time on the app but that’s to be expected when you get swarmed with 100 hungry troops.
This sub is juicy, and what I believe separates it from the others is the lettuce and oil. It has a slight bite, and a crunch. Combined with the meats and toppings, and that's a good sub right there.
The wait times have gotten better. Melissa made the atmosphere more enjoyable and has excellent customer service even while things have gotten chaotic. Thank you for bringing Jersey Mike’s to JBLM!
