Noodle & Rice House- Food Truck, located outside the Lewis Main Exchange Food Court, offers a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including tofu garlic sauce rice bowls and fried tofu snacks. Their food is cooked to order, and although there may be a wait, especially during lunchtime, the freshness and taste of the dishes make it worth the wait. The truck also sells Japanese bottled tea and has a fair price for the portions served.
