I go over to the counter and Im asked if Im gonna try to order a sandwich, I reply with a “Yes ma’am.”. I then am greeted by a lady with a build that could only be described as Jabba The Hutts sister, saying “If they’re gonna talk quiet just don’t take their order.” Enough said.

Made my mobile pickup order at 12:26, arrived to pickup at 12:40. Didn't get my food until 1:15. Completely unacceptable. I couldve went to a full services restaurant, ordered a full course meal and been gone faster than this.

While I was waiting, 30 minutes after I placed my order, I heard them call back to put down (start cooking) part of my order.....

Took 20+ minutes to get a classic sandwich. Was told there was a wait on them, meanwhile people ordering the exact meal after me finished eating and left by the time I got my cold food.

Also, not awesome to hear a managers complain they got customers when a group of people walk in to an empty restaurant.

I really hope the staff gets replaced or at least retrained on service and basic customer/human interaction.

I come in around 1hr before they close and they said we not taking orders only in the drive thru like you don’t think u should put up a sign saying that drive thru only after 5pm no they just being lazy

I came here recently and was amazed! I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was delicious, maybe the best sandwich at Popeyes. The tenders were great too, but I like their signature chicken a lot more. 😁 it is connected with jersey mikes and there is lots of tables inside.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and they told me they were already closed. There was chicken in the display case and they refused to sell it. They should replace their staff with more efficient ones.

The employees are almost always rude, food is decent. What you’d expect for a fast food place.

Some of the rudest employees out there. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. There was only one other car in the drive thru with me… lady at the window told me the total and snatch my card, handed it back and my food and didn’t say anything else.

They would not honor a coupon I had because it was not from their restaurant. No where on the coupon does it say it has to be from their restaurant. I just think they didn't want to honor a coupon.

It said it closed at 7:00 pm, we arrived at 5:50 and it was already closed, during the week it always closes at 6:00 pm
