If I could give 0 stars I would! The manager is INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I had asked for my sandwich to be toasted and the manager along with her employee instantly raised their voices and said “the toaster isn’t working!” Pointing at their very oddly placed signs that you’d have to be purposefully be looking for in order to see. My mom and I were both shocked. I told the manager that was really rude and she kept going back and forth with me saying “no it wasn’t”. I asked if she was the manager and she said yes and I told her I couldn’t believe as manager that she acts that way. She then told me she didn’t mean for it to sound rude. Then when I asked for the raspberry cheesecake cookies I apparently called it the wrong name and the employee laughed at me and said “you mean the raspberry cheesecake haha”. What a horrible duo to have running a business who serves our military members and families. It was a disgusting experience and I refuse to go back.

This used to be a good little spot. Now they close early and are closed on weekends. I stood in line waiting for about 5-10 minutes, ordered a tuna sandwich, was told they don't have tuna. Then after looking at the menu for about 5 seconds I got skipped over. Then she asked if I was going to order something else. No, I just like to go to Subway and stare at the menu. Of course I didn't actually say that to her. So then I ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and she told me the toaster was broken. I've never worked at Subway, but if I'm not mistaken the chicken usually goes in the microwave. So at that point I just left. I would much rather go to a Subway off base that's open when I need it and well stocked rather than deal with someone who can't give me what I want and acts like I'm inconveniencing her. Maybe customer service just isn't the right job for you.

This subway in particular has the best staff! They are super considerate of my wife's gluten allergy and have gluten free bread. She says their gluten free bread is super tasty as well! If you have access to base and want something gluten free and good, go try their gluten free sub!

Boo!!!!! Hardly no veggies any more. The entire sammie, fit inside my tiny hands. Including the bread!! I'm very petite! I stopped growing at 11 y/o. My ring finger is a size 3. I barely.made it into women's shoes. In boys shoes, I wear a size 2. Yes, I am Very petite. They are past, cheap, stingy, and greedy w/ the veggies.
