Long story short my friends, the bride and groom- they SUED HER AND WON- and she is REFUSING TO PAY- Being petty - saying she is going to file bankruptcy so she doesn’t have to pay back the money she STOLE from them. 1000’s of $!! We were in a wedding where the bride and groom paid in full in cash and catering never showed up. The owner refuses to pay back the money. I would be more than happy to answer any questions refuting to this unfortunate company who lacks integrity and professionalism

I had them cater my wedding back in June and the food was very good. Everyone was complimenting it. They did the set up and were wonderful. The owner put up with me changing the final count of people a few times as well and I really appreciated it. They included everything we needed!

I regret ever hiring Bear Country. We hired this company for our July 2022 wedding. Communication started out great. The closer we got to our wedding the harder it was to get ahold of the owner, Danielle. She no showed us for a venue walkthrough, after she was over half an hour late we finally received a response that she was not going to be attending and her assistant was supposed to contact us. The next couple weeks we kept getting told that her assistant was supposed to help us with all the questions that weren't answered when she did finally respond. We had to repeatedly reach out, and received unfulfilled promises about when we'd get our final quote for the catering cost to the point where our payment was late because we had no idea how much we needed to pay. We were genuinely worried that we wouldn’t have food show up at all for our wedding. The day of the wedding the catering was over an hour late, and requested to serve dinner an hour late because they didn't bring everything they needed. They stored our cake improperly and chunks of the cake fell off, and the linens were disgusting. Nearly every single one was stained upon arrival and our day of coordinator had to try to cover up the stains with table arrangements with limited time. Danielle had the audacity to behave like she was doing us a favor for not charging us for linens she claims we damaged even though she can’t remove the stains or repair them and will give us our full $100 deposit back anyway. Since then, it's been scarce contact FULL of excuses as to why I haven't received my refund and it’s been ten weeks. I paid by ACH and she's saying it got rejected after waiting two weeks to even bother claiming that she was going to send it. Then, five weeks ago she supposedly sent us a check, but when we’ve asked about it she won’t respond. This is a poorly run business with owners that don’t care about their clients after they get their money. If you’re looking for a caterer for your wedding, save yourself the headache and frustration and look elsewhere.

Bear Country Catering catered our June wedding and it was fantastic! The food was delicious! Danielle created multiple custom menus for us based on our food preferences and reception location, which we were able to further tweak and customize. They even had a chocolate fountain which was honestly my favorite part!We had passed appetizers, a grazing table, chocolate fountain, and bar service for a wedding of about 50 people. All of the staff was friendly and professional. Bear Country Catering also included delicious vegan, dairy free, and gluten free options for our guests with dietary restrictions. They even took care of setting up our cake and cupcakes (purchased from a different bakery) which was super nice. I appreciated how helpful, flexible, and delicious Bear Country Catering was!
everyone loved the food at our wedding, and Bear Country Catering really worked with us on our budget and menu ideas! The staff at our wedding was so professional, looked amazing, and I don't think anything could have gone better. Highly recommend, sorry I don't have pictures of the food but I will try to post later.

I would do zero stars if possible. Does not communicate. She will sound AMAZING in the beginning but after you send the deposit she stops talking. I had to cancel our catering because of COVID-19 and emailed her in January and I did not hear back from her until April about canceling. She owes us $300 and has not sent the money. It is now June.
