They have a great family business that utilizes grandpa‘s salsa recipes and a few of their own. They have a taco truck as well as this pop-up that they do for events. I tried them at Clark County fairgrounds. Overall, the food, salsa, and pineapple Agua Fresca were all very memorable!
I highly recommend you get out there and try them. And have a conversation with the owners, they all have some pretty cool stories.

Great birria! We stumbled across this place after we decided not to wait for a table at McMenamins. The portions were huge, the people were super friendly, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. Definitely an unexpected treat in an unsuspecting place.
