Very friendly staff, food came out quick. Could use a little improvement on food quality but was still delicious. Good price point for their meals, would recommend to others and most likely will come back for more.
Generally no wait, servers are nice and attentive. Lots of parking and very conveniently located. Food is mediocre. I have tried a lot from the menu. Flavor profiles are consistently bland.
When my wife and I were getting ready to move to Kenmore we drove past Jay's several times, wondering if it was still operating or not! Oh boy, is it ever! We finally got to go to breakfast there the other day and were not disappointed. My wife's blueberry pancakes were spot-on, and my Breakfast Sampler was a bargain at $14.
