Generally no wait, servers are nice and attentive. Lots of parking and very conveniently located. Food is mediocre. I have tried a lot from the menu. Flavor profiles are consistently bland.
When my wife and I were getting ready to move to Kenmore we drove past Jay's several times, wondering if it was still operating or not! Oh boy, is it ever! We finally got to go to breakfast there the other day and were not disappointed. My wife's blueberry pancakes were spot-on, and my Breakfast Sampler was a bargain at $14. Sure, the $1 hollandaise tasted like ... well, $1 hollandaise ... lol! But every other element of the dish was really good! We'll be back -...
Went the first time for lunch the other day. The exterior of the building needs repairs, but the food is great and the atmosphere inside is even better. I got more than I could eat for less than $20 that's with the tip included.
