I stopped in to the Kenmore location to order some food. Not only was the front/main register area unmanned for over five minutes (I checked my phone repeatedly while waiting to order), but banter was coming from the food prep area. Racist banter. Racist jokes, coupled with laughs from the employees. The "N" word was spoken at least twice laced in with those jokes.

I am a loyal customer to taco time and go here a couple times a week usually, but today I found a large piece of metal in my food after they got my order wrong as well. I have yet to hear back from taco time about this.
