Beautiful property. Service wasgod. Wait, the staff was all very nice. It was a little slow to get water or food, though. Food wasn't worth it. Subpar.

Cedar & Elm had a nice atmosphere and our server was friendly, but overall the experience was disappointing. The food was okay, but definitely overpriced for what you get. Nothing particularly special or memorable. We had to ask several times for our drinks and were even served the wrong dish. For an upscale restaurant, we expected much better.

Roberto was an excellent host/waiter for our experience. Starting from the free valet parking to the Udon brunch we had above and beyond service. We will be back again for future celebrations.

Awesome space, nicely decorated. Cocktail (their version of an Old Fashioned) was excellent. Wagyu steak frites with sauces excellent. Pork schnitzel okay. No dessert ordered. Service at bar was excellent. Service in restaurant was good but not really to standard for this price level. Dinner for 2 with cocktail, glass of Brut, 2 glasses of Pinot Noir $220 total inclusive (Feb 2026).

I want to start by saying our waitstaff was great and my wife and I still had a fun evening. That said, we made a mistake we vowed not to make again years ago- we signed up for a Valentine's Day prix fixe menu. This was our first time at Cedar + Elm. We're new to the Seattle area and truly have really enjoyed the food. This meal wasn't great... in fact it wasn't good. One course had butter poached shrimp that needed to be poached longer... and probably should have been poached in butter as the name suggested. We had a black cod course that was very fishy and under seasoned. The main protein was a pork belly that was fine. Our dessert was a simple cake with kiwi. Sounds like you couldn't mess that up right!? Except this had a peppercorn whipped cream that was waaaaay too heavy on the peppercorn. It made the whipped cream taste like a yogurt side you might find in a Persian restaurant. The meal totaled over $400 dollars and we would not reccomend it. The saddest part for us is that it turned us off to visiting Cedar + Elm again. The space was beautiful, though I think the entire property uses the wrong temperature light bulbs. (Warm lights only please) Our waiter was great. He comp'd our drinks which he didn't have to do, but it was appreciated.

To me, paying $50 for a simple steak with fries is ridiculous. The wine was good, and the atmosphere was great. The salad was awesome. Value? Not really.

My excitement to experience afternoon tea at the Cedar and Elm quickly dissolved. The format was clunky, service lacking, food underwhelming and I couldn't hear myself think let alone chat with my table partner. Save yourself some coin and try somewhere else.

I had no idea Cedar + Elm was in the neighborhood. A great value for nicer dining. The staff is awrsome.

Amazing. A memorable meal from the food, vibe, cocktails, the staff. Awesome! This will be on our regular rotation going forward.

Had a good tea time at Cedar+ Elm, liked the overall vibe and service was fantastic. Given the cost, was expecting a bit more food and holiday vibe. Based on the provided menu we had to figure out what was what for savory food and there was no description for the baked goods. Would have been nice to have had that information provided.

It was a little chilly in the dining area. Otherwise, a pleasant experience, reasonable value. Our order was incorrectly prepared the first time. Once reprepared, it was quality food. Confidently plan to explore Cedar & Elm but if allergies are a thing, be cautious and emphasize care for the requirements.

Celebrated my wife's birthday with family. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings and were absolutely delighted. We really appreciated the chef coming out to introduce each course and our server described the wines perfectly. Everyone came away warm and extremely happy. Truly a happy birthday! Thanks

The food was fabulous but the dessert took forever to come, the coffee was cold and we never did get our dessert wine even though we paid for it. But Cedar and Elm was busy and we did love the dinner.

Really phenomenal Thanksgiving dinner experience. Loved the family style service & the delectable selection of food. The wine pairing was fantastic & the piano entertainment was lovely.

This was a wonderful Thanksgiving experience. The service was attentive and responsive and the ambience made the experience special. It was quiet and elegant and not over crowded. The holiday decorations helped to warm up the environment. Food was good but some dishes were better than others and didn't come out evenly warm. It didn't detract from the experience but something to consider for the future. I'm glad we decided to do this instead of cooking.
