After all the years I’ve gone to this Arby’s, today was by far the worst order. My large was a medium, the root beer didn’t even look like root beer and tasted like just bubble soda, and they forgot my sauce plus my aju sauce. If ur gonna have new hires make sure they’re at least as good as the last.
Went to drive up for cheddar roast beef sandwich. Quick to order at outside kiosk, 2 cars ahead for pickup. 5 minute wait for each car to pick up food, so 15 minutes in line waiting for order. The order was correct but the sandwich left a whole lot to be desired . What little meat and cheese covered half the bun literally. They apparently forgot to put the other half on. Really disappointed.
I dine in. I really like Arby’s food, price$ and employees. They now serve Hamburgers and Gyros 😆. I like their Crinkle French Fries & Deluxe Burger. The atmosphere is enjoyable in the dining room (very clean) whenever the employees have a moment to interact with the Customers 💖. The Price$ are less compared to others too❣️
