I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to say something after learning that Dustin is no longer with Foodies. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

Dustin wasn’t just a good employee—he was the reason many of us kept coming back. In a world where genuine customer service seems harder and harder to find, Dustin stood out in every possible way. He was patient, kind, attentive, professional, and consistently went above and beyond to make every dining experience enjoyable. He treated customers like they mattered, and that is something you simply can’t teach.

It’s honestly baffling to me that a business would let someone of his caliber walk away. Employees like Dustin are not a dime a dozen—they are the people who build customer loyalty and create the kind of experience that keeps guests returning again and again. He wasn’t just doing a job; he was representing the business in the best possible light every single day.

If I owned a restaurant, I would be doing everything in my power to keep an employee like Dustin. In fact, I would use him as the gold standard for every new hire. His work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills are exactly what every business should aspire to.

His absence will absolutely be noticed, and I know I am not the only customer who feels this way. Wishing Dustin all the success in the world—wherever he goes next will be lucky to have him. Foodies lost a truly exceptional employee.

Good vibes and chatty atmosphere. The food was good. The reasons it gets 3 stars is because they took a long while to get our food out. We saw others get their food that came in after us. I was catching with a friend and we didn't mind as much, so we didn't say anything.
However, it was was definitely a big enough wait that we noticed. The fries pickles were good but you could tell the oil was old by the flavor. The bathrooms could also use a little bit of love and attention.

Food Reviews Tri Cities, Wa

If you’re looking for a place to grab a beer (which you may eventually need to retrieve yourself) and hit some balls at the driving range, this is absolutely the spot. If you’re hoping to eat a meal in under two hours and be acknowledged as visible life forms, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

We visited two years ago and left disappointed by both the service and food quality. After giving it a long grace period, we decided to try again—only to discover consistency is one thing they do very well.

FOOD: After waiting 15+ minutes for water, another 20 minutes for drinks, 40 more minutes for an appetizer, and another 20 minutes for entrees, the meal finally arrived. Unfortunately, it did not justify the suspense. The fries were hot, but both the chicken sandwich and steak sandwich were below room temperature and dry…impressive, considering how long they had to prepare for their entrance.

SERVICE: As mentioned, every interaction came with a substantial waiting period. During all that time, we were checked on maybe once or twice, while servers regularly walked past empty glasses and a dry table like it was modern art. At one point, after waiting more than 10 minutes for a beer, I simply went to the bar and got it myself, despite three servers standing behind it. The most attentive moment of the evening came when the check arrived, along with a “thanks for your patience” and an inquiry about our day.

To be clear, the restaurant was not busy, roughly 15–20% of tables were occupied.

ATMOSPHERE: Honestly, this is why we came. Beautiful waterfront setting, a great mix of sun and shade, and charming decor. The only downside was the lack of music to drown out the soundtrack of screaming children on the lawn.

Still a great place for food. Long wait times for everything though. Just getting a drink has taken me 6min.

This is a golf course grill - casual and satisfying. We got lunch to go and loved the food! It looks like it'd be a great place to have a beer and watch a game after a round on the links. The staff was super friendly and the place was clean, comfortable, and airy.

This was the first time we have been to the new Kennewick location. Great atmosphere and the food was the best food we've had at any restaurant in a long time. Phenomenal! The coco shrimp tacos are incredible. Service was great too. Will definitely come again.
