“There aren't a lot of coffee roasters here in Tri-Cities, and there's only one I can think of where you can see the roasting process first hand. It's AMAZING to be inside Rockabilly in the morning and see the coffee you're drinking basically being roasted right next to you. The smell there is incredible, and the atmosphere has warm wood vibes with tons of room to hang out with friends or get some work done. My favorite is their cold brew, but I'd be lying if the Affogato wasn't tied for #1 when I'm doing a little cheat on my diet. YUM! If you haven't had the chance....pick up a pound of their coffee to make at home. It's insanely smooth and fresh, unlike the overpriced stuff you find in the stores.“
“The food was amazing! I enjoyed my Cheese Ravioli entree plate! It was like nothing I have never tasted before, so authentic and flavorful! My husband got the Spaghetti Carbonara, which was also DELICIOUS! I enjoyed my food with a Spanish wine that was so good! If you haven’t had authentic Italian cuisine, give this place a try. “We went to get some Mexican pastries, especially the conchas, some fruit filled empanadas, and my favorite - Marranitos (Mexican Gingerbread Pigs), which are a pan dulce, or sweet bread. These pigs are so delicious with coffee or tea or just traveling in the car. We had a large selection of pan dulce to pick from and came away with a bakery box full of treats!“
“We’ve been going to Bob’s Burgers for many years now. One nice thing about their restaurant is that they have a large back room that can accommodate large groups. Their menu has a nice selection of items with something for every taste. I really enjoy their homemade potato salad and their jojo potato wedges. The Burger dip is my go to meal. Get it with both au jus and barbecue sauce. My husband enjoys their fish and chips. There are a couple of items that they no longer serve. They used to have the most amazing chicken salad with apples and bleu cheese and their jalapeño popper burger was a favorite. Their cocktail menu, though not large, has some great options. One of their signature drinks is the Hurricane. I think that is the biggest draw for me.“

“This place is outstanding! The service is amazing including the atmosphere with a cute interior and good new location in Richland and a coffee trailer with tamales in pasco. The workers are amazing and definitely enjoy their job. The tamales are very tasty and I read some of the reviews and honestly I disagree with the fact they are too small. Anyone who said they were too small or lack something are people who are too cheap and have nothing better to do. Love this place and will always come to them! Will always recommend them to others!“

We ordered steak and mashed potatoes, which was 38 dollars and it was pretty good! The gluten free pizza crust is very thin and is smaller than a regular pizza, but costs more.Dietary restrictions: The gluten free menu is amazing, mostly everything on the menu has a gluten free option.“
“We went in last night for the lobster special with 5 friends. I did not have the lobster but a steak ordered medium rare and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. Everyone at the table were satisfied and full from what they ordered. I have a long history as a Manager and I observed the chefs working as a team. They were absolutely a joy to watch working with a flow, no one standing around and unified as a team. It was inspiring to watch and see that many people working in such a small area getting it done.
