“The only touch tunes establishment with a decent music volume. When you pay at other places and the bartender doesn't like it, they just turn it down. Not here. A couple months back there was a problem bartender (slow, attitude, only one drink served every 1.5 hours, etc...) she is gone! The other people I see behind the bar are cool & familiar or just cool. No issues. Quite the turnaround from Steve's ownership.“

“There are 9 of us in our book club and we've been meeting for over 20 years, typically in various restaurants in our area. Twigs is always known for nice food selections, especially salads. However, the most remarkable event of the evening was how spectacular our server, Chloe, was. As a book club, it is our experience that when the server is ready, he or she will interrupt and ask what we would like to order. This doesn't annoy us - it is what happens with a large party. However, this made it so noticeable that whenever Chloe addressed us, that she was able to slide in and out without disrupting our conversations! She slipped by and removed appetizer and drink glasses discreetly. None of us ran out of drinks and she checked in regularly. The most remarkable of all that all of us commented on, was that all of our meals were served at the same time! Some credit is due to the restaurant for this as well. Chloe was able to quickly and easily sort through our separate (6 of us) and together (3) bills. We were astounded to discover that it was only Chloe's second week! Phenomenal service! Ask for Chloe when you go!“

“My husband and I have eaten here a couple of times. We have been amazed this diamond of eating has yet to be uncovered. We did not have reservations and were seated right away. More importantly the food was amazing. Our waitress was friendly and efficient without overwhelming us with unwanted attention. My husband loved his meatloaf and my salad was fresh, and served with the dressing on the side. And the whole dinner didn't break the bank.“

“Great breakfast spot. Consistently good food and service. Excellent banquet facilities and one of the best caterers in the Tri-Cities. They are always busy, but not so much there is a wait.

Kolana was our server, and this sweet girl was amazing and very helpful! I will be back! Had Sooo Cali dog and the Tex Mex sausage and the Holy Aioli burger and wow! Just wow! All of this was great. “Dining at this waterfront gem was a delight. The outdoor seating by the fire pit created a cozy atmosphere. The rack of lamb was succulent, and the wine selection was top-notch. The waiter's fabulous service and personality was the cherry on top. A must-visit!“

“i’ve been eating Brucci subs for the last 20 years in Spokane. They always have.A1 Sauce to put on top, but this one does not. It makes all the difference to have that.
Although the one in Spokane is super cheap and want to charge you like $.50 for
a couple tablespoons. Bring back the A1 and give it for free!“
