Order number 1307969 didn’t get my chips. No excuse at these prices.
I went through the drive thru so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. The food was good, when we finally got to eat it..... I was pretty disappointed with the drive thru. We ordered soup. Mac n cheese, drinks and we got no spoons. No straws. No napkins. We had to stop at Burger King down the road. For the amount of money we paid, I expected the person at the window to do a better job.
Food is alwsys good! Service can br a bit slow when they get busy! But staff has always been awesome.!

Panera Bread is a good place with good food and good service. Customers say the parking lot can be a little tight. The staff are great, and the food is fantastic. There is no wait, and coupons give $9 off the total order. Some customers read negative reviews but find the store perfect. The restaurant earns three stars for customers.
