You walk up to order. Good looking bakery items with calorie counts on them. The food was fresh and plenty if it. The servicewas good.
5 Star customer service from two of the team here. I was having lunch and brought my little dog. Addi served me at the til, got my order completely correct and had patience whilst I sorted out my gift cards. She also came outside to check my food was ok. Izzy, a nother server asked if she could help by getting my order and bringing it outside and also offered to get water for my pup

Panera Bread is a good place with good food and good service. Customers say the parking lot can be a little tight. The staff are great, and the food is fantastic. There is no wait, and coupons give $9 off the total order. Some customers read negative reviews but find the store perfect. The restaurant earns three stars for customers.
