One of the nice attributes about Starbucks is consistency. I can depend on getting a great cup of coffee no zmatter which Starbucks I go to. Yes there are some places that are better than others, but in the end, great drinks served up by baristas that know the craft.
The staff here are generally nice and understandable on rare occasions some are not, clean and well kept. Enjoyed being able to sit and relax and eat my lunch there without interruptions or being ask questions.
I find sb coffee and everything else it sells to be over priced, The hot food to be hit a miss on quality. I have to order 4 shots just to taste the coffee. I try to avoid these places as they are a money pit. I dislike the drive thru at most locations as I have a truck and seem to always scrape my tires and rims. On a positive note very friendly staff, clean environment and the atmosphere is top shelf.
