Ordered take out from here today for the first time. The food tasted great and the portions were fair. I had the Spicy Basil stir fry, I loved it it, was perfectly delicious. I also had the Massaman curry it was a little runnier than what im use to, but it was still delicious. Level 3 spicy was perfect for me. I will be back to try some other dishes.
The best fried rice I’ve ever had and probably will ever have. I’ve been to my fair share of places, and Tip’s just does it perfect. I’ve tried a few other dishes here, and everything’s been great!

The restaurant itself is clean and bright inside. They offer a large menu at a reasonable price. The service was prompt and friendly. I had the pad woon sen, which is usually what I have when we go to a Thai restaurant, and it was excellent. I don't think I've ever had better in the Tri-Cities (or anywhere really). Most of their menu items are written vegetarian and you pick what protein you want to add from a large selection including tofu, chicken, beef, pork, salmon...
