I wish there was way to give 0 stars!!! Explain to me how they cant swipe your card or use the chip but they HAVE to take your card physically to input your card number???? Than on top of that, we realized the stuff we bought was expired. Beware and continue to check your account cuz something is fishy for sure!!!

Nobody is at the desk . You ring the bell and they ignore you and will not respond. Waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Worst customer service. Won't suggest buying anything from here.

We had an amazing at this place. We loved the excellent environment and the meals. The staff members are very affable. I am content we eventually decided to try this place.

Me and my fiance went in earlier this morning. The cashier swiped my fiances card twice and my fiance was confused. He then asked the cashier if he thought it would charge the card twice he said no. Now we look at our bank statement and in fact were charged twice. I called to advise them of this mistake. Whoever the man that answered the phone was very unhelpful. He was very rude and told me they had no charges with that amount. Basically suggested I am lying. Then he proceeded to tell me to write a dispute with my bank and the bank will give us the money. I don't understand why they cant reimburse us? Very frustrating. Its just extra work for us to have to do and i feel like since they were the ones to make the mistake they should fix it!!!! SCAMMERS.

7-12 was an interesting experience. We went in here to try out the Skippers Express. It was a good overall experience. It was funny because there was seats inside to be able to eat your food. But they hadn't hammered out the details like providing you with paper plates or forks. So they were totally lost when we decided to dine in. They did a good job though and tried hard to get everything fixed for us.
