Nobody is at the desk . You ring the bell and they ignore you and will not respond. Waited for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Worst customer service. Won't suggest buying anything from here.
Me and my fiance went in earlier this morning. The cashier swiped my fiances card twice and my fiance was confused. He then asked the cashier if he thought it would charge the card twice he said no. Now we look at our bank statement and in fact were charged twice. I called to advise them of this mistake. Whoever the man that answered the phone was very unhelpful. I wish there was way to give 0 stars!!! Explain to me how they cant swipe your card or use the chip but they HAVE to take your card physically to input your card number???? Than on top of that, we realized the stuff we bought was expired. Beware and continue to check your account cuz something is fishy for sure!!!
