Went there for hot coffee on a misty winter day. Hot beverages is the smallest part of their menu, everything else is iced. Few options with hot coffee, no special fancy named versions like with the iced coffees. That's all fine, I only wanted a mocha anyway.My complaint is this: when I finished my coffee, my gf asked if the lid was recyclable. The wait time seems to take longer and longer with each visit at this location. They also said they no longer have cold brew, they haven’t had in almost 4 months but it is still shown on the menu “sorry, we tried talking to our district manager and corporate”.

Woman was very nice and very patient, even helped find a substitution for peppermint for flavoring, taking the time to list a few other flavorings they had. Not to mention she was super fast making our drinks. Wonderful experience and the drinks were delicious.
