One of those extremely underrated hole-in-the-wall places that has truly authentic and delicious food from Aguascalientes. We’re in Bothell but we drive down to Kent once in a while just for this food!
Went to get lunch here on a day outing with a friend visiting from Texas! The service was great, and the food tasted amazing - decent sized portions, and for a good price, not like places that give you a tiny amount and then charge you wildly for it. The atmosphere was nice; it was around 2pm if I recall, and very quiet, which I liked. My only minor complaint - and believe me, it's *minor* - is that, as someone who isn't really a beer person, that a few other options...
We had the chicken quesadillas and fish tacos. Both were fresh and tasty. The quesadillas were made with whole wheat tortillas, and the fish was fried and breaded in panko breadcrumbs. The salsas were delicious. Service was stellar. When I order water, I expect a tall glass of crystal clear, iced water filled to the brim — and that’s exactly what I got. The restaurant was a bit slow for a Monday lunch break. Definitely check this one out. We’ll be back to try more dishes...
