I got my family dinner last night. Everything was delicious. The employees are friendly and the store runs beautifully. I came in to order. They were busy but it took less than 5 minutes for my order to be ready. You have awesome staff. 👌
From SoCal and used to eat El Pollo Loco all the time, this time was no different! Great food and idk about some other reviews but the chicken was totally worth the wait. Don’t leave reviews much but El Pollo Loco was worthy!
I stopped by to try a double chicken bowl. It was delicious with a good mix of spices that differentiate it from chipotle. I will come back to try other options. I waited under 4 minutes from order to receiving my food on a Tuesday evening. It's new, clean, bright and exciting for the Kent area.
