Fortune Seafood has become one of my favorite places for authentic Southern Chinese food. The chefs are from Guangzhou, China, and the food is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. The restaurant is very clean, with an extensive menu and wonderful traditional Cantonese dishes.

What makes each visit even more special is Sammy, the owner. He is incredibly kind, generous, and welcoming, and you can feel how much he cares about his customers and his restaurant.

Great food and friendly staff with excellent recommendations. The complimentary Chinese dessert was tasty and not too sweet. They also have live seafood tanks with crab, shrimp, lobster, and geoduck. I’d definitely come back.

Best Cantonese restaurant in great Seattle area. The eel clay pot rice beats all competitors in its flavor and portion of the eels. Seasonal produce always tastes fresh. Seafood is pricy but still reasonable for its portion and quality. The complimentary sweet taro soup has been everyone’s favorite.
