We visited this restaurant twice, and both experiences were absolutely amazing! ❤ The first time I came here was when I met my partner, so this place already holds a very special and memorable place in my heart. ❤ But what makes it even more special is that the food is genuinely incredible!
As someone who truly loves Indian food, I often feel that some restaurants don’t quite have that authentic Indian taste but this place is truly exceptional....

I came here with my girlfriend and I was blown away by the quality and taste of the food. We had the Malia Kofta and the Karahi Paneer with added mushrooms and they were both so good. The sauce on the Malai Kofta was one of the best I have tried, and our server, Vreet was very friendly and helpful. She told us they grind all of their spices at the restaurant, so everything is always fresh, and you can definitely taste it. If we lived in Seattle, we would come here all the time.

We loved our experience at Indian Bistro! The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. You can truly taste the difference in the quality—everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. They grind their spices in-house and never use canned ingredients, which really shows in every dish. We got Dahl soup, malai kofta, Karahi paneer - Every bite was delicious. Highly recommend. We will be back!!!
