Not really the fault of the folk that work there. But now that everything is either smaller or contains less but they cost more it's really difficult to even want to go out to eat anymore. Like a drink where a large is now the size of a medium drink but costs what an x-large did. Placed an order on door dash. Tried to call to get 2 Good Good Sauce added but they wouldn't answer the phone. Instead they got sick of it ringing so they picked it up then hung up to make it so ringing. So I called back. They refused to answer the phone. If I owned this restaurant I'd fire the whole crew.

I ordered four-piece chicken nuggets with buttermilk dipping sauce. I always look in the bag before leaving the drive-thru window to make sure the sauce is there. It was not in the bag even though it appeared on the receipt with no charge. The window was closed and no employee was there so I honked. An employee arrived. I asked for the sauce and she wanted to charge me 28 cents! I have never paid for a dipping sauce with nuggets at any fast food place! I told the employee that the menu does not indicate a charge for sauce. A sign on the pickup window says 25 cents for "extra sauces" - to me this means more than one sauce. If "Jack" is so cheap that "he" wants to charge for one tiny dipping sauce he needs to add that charge to the menu. Employees should not be springing this on customers after payment has been made. Jack and his corporate cheapskates can also expect one fewer customer because I will not be back.Update: I went to the Jack-in-the-Box on 104th/ 240th two days later. They give one or two dipping sauces FREE with food depending on the size of the order. Clearly the employee at the 208th restaurant lied when she said that charging for sauces was a corporate rule. It's a no-brainer choosing which location to visit!

this store is a problem! cold food and incomplete orders and incompetence. especially for the mone. I could have gone to Red Robin for the same money. I'm never ever going back to this store or any Jack in the Box.

Excellent food flavor, Really good curly fries, really good burger, chicken sandwiches, and other menue items like stuffed jalapeños. Drink at the fountain, are fresh, and taste really good & icy coldexcellent customer service, clean, spacious ,air-conditioned.Convenient location, lots of parking.Fast service at the drive thru

WORST JACK IN THE BOX!!!! they have messed up my order NUMEROUS TIMES. today I gave up and finally am reviewing. I have this place too many chances. They don’t have proper staff, English speaking, they instead give you attitude and are rude!!!! They always miss on orders. Not give you the right drinks and never ever give you condiments. The workers in the back are chilling and chewing gum. They never have their name tags on. Never have their aprons on. This is from March 3 2023 evening shift. It’s pretty sad because I had to get in the line again just to get condiments and guess what I told this gentlemen twice what I wanted, I stood there and checked and still did not give me salsa or ranch he finally then did give it to me. How do you not understand when someone said it twice on the intercom and then twice on your face? I see that they have gotten a lot of negative reviews but still no difference in their service.

Disgusting! I brought my two kids here aged 17 and 18 yesterday for dinner and the guy at the drive thru was being rude to my two children. I tried ordering a crispy chicken sandwich but the guy pretended to not hear me. After saying that I would complain to the manager, the guy finally took my order. I got my order and I found spit inside the food. 0/10 would never come back.
