Placed an order on door dash. Tried to call to get 2 Good Good Sauce added but they wouldn't answer the phone. Instead they got sick of it ringing so they picked it up then hung up to make it so ringing. So I called back. They refused to answer the phone. If I owned this restaurant I'd fire the whole crew.
I ordered four-piece chicken nuggets with buttermilk dipping sauce. I always look in the bag before leaving the drive-thru window to make sure the sauce is there. It was not in the bag even though it appeared on the receipt with no charge. The window was closed and no employee was there so I honked. An employee arrived.
