Went in for a sandwich and got a large side of attitude from 2 of the 3 employees I encountered. Also, my bottom and top bread didn't match; someone else got half my bread since I received rosemary parm (which is what I ordered) as the bottom bread and white bread on top. Asking for a receipt apparently was a lot to ask as well.

My husband brought my a Philly cheese from here. Although the meat was nice and flavorful, the bread had a very weird smell to it. I probably won't order that again. Other sandwiches I've tried in the past were fine. Definitely a step or 3 up from S-way.

Today (11/27) I walked in at 7:30PM and everything was put away and all the carpets were rolled up so I asked if they were closed but they told me they didn't close until 9. This seemed really strange to me as there was literally nothing on the line as they had already put away everything. When we got in line they reluctantly started putting the metal slats back in where they usually keep the toppings. One of the employees then told us they only had 1 1/2 pieces of bread left so we decided to just go somewhere else. As we were getting in the car we could see all three of the employees laughing inside. This is not the first time we've been to this location and they seem to start closing HOURS before they're supposed to. Can't imagine how much business you guys are losing in those last few hours might as well just change your hours if your team is just going to decide to close when they feel like it.

So I arrived to 1 employee working up front. The guy in the back didn't come to the grill for 15 minutes. This is NOT my complaint. The staff deserves to take a break and rest. It was around 4 o'clock if I remember correctly. It was the weekend. The girl up front doing sandwiches all by herself was absolutely on FIRE! She had no support but never faltered, never stopped smiling, and never quit moving. PROMOTE this girl ahead of her peers.The sandwich was fabulous as always and although tgis isn't my normal location, I know I can visit it and be taken care of like my other locations. Well worth the stop and I am glad I did.

The sandwiches are pretty standard and get the job done, but what stood out was the service. I ordered a vegetarian sub, and the woman with the pink hair asked if she wanted the slicer wiped down before she made my sub. It was great. I had never been asked that, and she was very thorough when cleaning. She then informed the woman at the next station to clean her knife and board before taking my sandwich. This stores crew is fantastic during weekdays. Quick detailed service. 5 star!9/02/2023 5:16- 5:43 pm.The weekend crew absolutely sucks, so this review is for them. Slow took 12 minutes to acknowledge me. When asked how will it take I was told another 10 minutes, with only 4 customers in the store. Poorly made sandwiches, my go to is the #9 not the usual #9 I get during the weekday. If I hadn't spent so much time of my lunch break waiting I would've refused it.Also handling multiple items without changing gloves or washing hands or properly cleaning surfaces

I always have a great experience with Jersey Mikes, I like that the meat is cut right in front of you and you can ask for the desired thickness. Great place for a sub or tub.
Really love the fresh cut meats, shakers and oil they offer with all of their subs. Reminds me of my favorite little sub place I grew up with back home in Upstate NY

I can't believe I haven't written a review of one of the best sandwiches on the planet!I always order the Jersey Shore Favorite and of course mikes way with extra Mayo!So very satisfying and delicious! I love love love love this sandwich! The only drawback is it's like over 1,100 calories! So needless to say I don't go very often.The added bonus, the root beer and vinegar chips and that's the beauty of a lunch!This location has impeccable, kind, sweet polite and very enthusiastic staff. I tribute all of that to fantastic management! Highly recommend!
