Usually a good sandwich decided to goto this location on the way home amd the bread is so stale that it feels like toast. And im talking all the way through not just a crispy end. Disappointing.
I’d by lying if I said this isn’t one of the best Jersey Mike’s locations I’ve come across out here in the city! The service is always warm and welcoming and they never hold back when it comes to throwing whatever you need on your sandwiches. The wife and I visit here on a regular basis to the point where they’ve began recognizing our voice when calling and placing an order for pickup lol I love it
Fun problems for the owner to resolve.
1) staffing shortage
2) cleanliness
3) switching gloves more often to avoid cross contamination
-also for some reason the meat section was closed off with wrapping paper. I don’t know it was a mess like the restaurant was. Sandwiches are good as always but you feel the stress amongst the staff when you’re there because of all the variables.
