terrible service, the waters, fruits, and the cream from the fresas con crema were rotten. they will serve things that are no longer good, the workers have a lot of attitude, and will laugh at you behind your back, the owner or one of the owners you her girl is very disrespectful. will not be stopping again.

I bought a lollipop from Nancy and it no longer served the popsicle and I went to tell her and they told me that this was the flavor and they didn't change it and if it's already rotten fruit that's the flavor

Went in here to try their fresas con crema and it's been one of my favorites ever since. The cream has an authentic taste that I love. The staff is very kind and quick to attend customers. I enjoy coming here!

My favorite place to go for a sweet treat. I love their snacks and ice cream after a long shift. The cashiers are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I spoke with the owner and she is a gem. We need more places like this in South King County!

I tried the Tamarind palettas today and they are so delicious! I hope to make them my summer staple! Excellent!

Came here for the first time to get fresas crema, it was super disgusting! The granola & the strawberries were very old. You could tell by the discoloration and taste. I tried to give benefit of the doubt despite the reviews they had & I definitely walked out disappointed. I don’t understand why these people are okay with serving food that isn’t good anymore.

Very delicious ice cream, how ever check or call them before you go in. Their hours aren't accurate on the web. I came in a couple of times and it was close and the web said it was open! Good thing I drove 10 minutes and not 1hour. Heads up If you live far.

Highly disappointed as a first time customer. They charged me over $10 for this kids size ice cream which was nothing special, no cone or anything aside from a chocolate dust sprinkled and 2 gummy bears plopped on top. I was NOT informed of the cost as they didn’t speak any English whatsoever, but I imagined it wouldn’t be more than $6 at MOST for this since that’s cold stone and anything higher really is artisanal which this is not. Bonus issue is I was not told what I was charged for I still have no idea what cost what and why it cost so much… time to implement some itemized receipts!!

When I entered the building they welcomed me and gave off the impression that they would be nice and helpful.. boy was I wrong. They gave us time to figure out what we wanted to order. The first lady that helped us, she seemed okay but her vibe was definitely off, she kept staring at me like I was dumbfounded. As the other ladies are preparing my order, the first lady walks over to them. Not knowing we were fluent in spanish, we overheard them negatively talking about us and mimicking us, mimickinh the way we talked, the way we stood. We ignored it and went about our day. Extremely rude for no reason and the food wasnt even worth it. My food was all watered down and had chunks in it and was soggy, on top of giving us a half melted ice cream bar. Never again!!!!!

The girl who served us was very friendly, unlike other places with the same name.

A great place to grab a sweet treat. The popsicles were yummy. Made with a cream or fruit or something. We tried the cheesecake popsicle and another fruit with yogurt (I think) popsicle. Very good. My friend also loved the strawberry horchata! Great experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. IT LOOKS RUN DOWN AND DIRTY THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE DONT LOOK LIKE THEY WANT TO WORK THERE. THE FOOD IS DISGUSTING AND THE FRUIT IS NOT FRESH AT ALL. I GOT FRESAS CON CREMA AND UN ELOTE. THE STRAWBERRIES ARE OLD AND THE CREMA TASTED SOUR AND THE ELOTE LOOKED PALE AND THE CHEESE TASTED NASTY. THERE HAVE BEEN PAST REPORTS ABOUT MOLDY FOOD AND OLD FRUIT BEFORE. SAVE YOUR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH GETTING FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE. GO TO THE ONE IN FEDERAL WAY IT IS MUCH BETTERRR!!!!
