Absolutely loved this hot pot experience! 🍲 The broth was rich and flavorful, with plenty of options to choose from. All the ingredients were fresh—especially the meats, seafood, and vegetables—and everything cooked perfectly in the pot.

We had a great experience at Liuyishou Hotpot in Kent tonight. We came in with a party of 7, and everything went really smoothly from start to finish.
Our server Sam was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and very helpful explaining the menu and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Hotpot can sometimes feel complicated for larger groups, but Sam made it easy and enjoyable for everyone.

I recently visited Liuyishou Hotpot & BBQ and overall I would say the experience was just average.
The biggest concern for me was the way the meat was handled. The restaurant leaves the trays of meat outside for customers to grab themselves. Even though the meat was placed in a cooler, it still didn’t make the meat feel very fresh to me. With so many people opening the cooler and handling the trays, it made me a little...
