Friendly place with the best roast duck. You will be a roast duck snob if you try other places. Only problem is sometimes they're out if you go there too late. Then you might have to go down the street where they don't know how to cut a duck and it's not that good. If you do, at least grab some of Megastar's secret sauce as it helps!
Hidden gem, best roasted pork belly ever!!! Place opens at 10am on a Sunday and needs to be here early before they sell out. They don’t really do over the phone orders so have to be here in person. Family owned restaurant who loves to bbq and roast traditional Chinese meats.
The food does not disappoint! I’ve had lots of roast duck and char siu and this was probably best char siu I’ve had in a while. It’s not dyed red (which I’m actually okay with), moist, and so so flavourful. If they offer more duck sauce, take it! lol Looks mostly like a takeout place, but there a few clean tables and chairs to dine in, which we did. It all looked so good I didn’t even take a pic beforehand !
