First time ever visiting, as it was close to our hotel on an overnight stay. I know some people rave at it, but I was not overly impressed, honestly. Service was extremely slow and food was okay, but not anything I would have to have again if other options are available.
One item, the lava cake, which was paid for was not in the bag we were given. And one of the two shakes we ordered was wrong.
We did not go back to have the order corrected because there was a line of cars in the drive thru.

I was on the highway at 4:15 a.m. and saw a sign for this Jack in the box that said 24 hours I got off the freeway drove about a mile to it and it doesn't open until 6:00 a.m. that was a bit frustrating but I do like their food
