First time ever visiting, as it was close to our hotel on an overnight stay. I know some people rave at it, but I was not overly impressed, honestly. Service was extremely slow and food was okay, but not anything I would have to have again if other options are available.
I was on the highway at 4:15 a.m. and saw a sign for this Jack in the box that said 24 hours I got off the freeway drove about a mile to it and it doesn't open until 6:00 a.m. that was a bit frustrating but I do like their food
It was a long line and longer wait time than the average fast food drive thru wait time HOWEVER IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! food was freshly made, hot, and remarkably tasty! Customer service was also on point even under high stress busy rushes! Keep on keepin on!
