Paco Taco is an absolute gem in Seattle. Some of the best authentic tacos I’ve had in a very long time! The food is incredible, fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Very good, perhaps one of the best in WA. I’d order the carne asada tacos again and maybe try the torta next time. The gentleman at the register was friendly and checked in even though this is fast casual. Appreciate the hospitality

I don’t normally leave reviews, but as soon as I walked in, they were super friendly. The chef offered us to try the pork it was very tenderized and delicious. I ordered off the favorite menu and got the crusty taco which it comes with two so I had one be Carne Asada and one be pork and it was absolutely delicious.
