I got a drink for my Mom and I. The drinks were great and the barista was friendly. The line was long and it took a while to get our drinks today, but that isn't anyone's fault since they only had one barista working. I hope that barista has a nice day, that people tip her well, and that in the future isn't left under staffed.

I stopped here for a tea and to read the newspaper before work and enjoyed my time here. The tea had great flavor and a perfect temperature. The seating was comfortable and provided a quiet atmosphere for reading.

We don't come to this SB too often but when we do it's usually ok. Our drinks are fine and it never takes too long. I do see lines sometimes here and it can be crowded and we did have one incident several months ago...the lady asked if I wanted whipped cream on top of the kids' hot chocolates. I said sure, because who doesn't want whipped cream? But then she gave them to me...and the whipped cream was literally on TOP of it, like on top of the lid and everything....
