This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff are friendly and it doesn't have that McDonald's feel, like others nowadays. From getting everyone coming through the door to knowing people's names and drinks- other Starbucks could learn from this crew.

Ordered a Venti drink with no ice, more than a half of the drink was just foam which I did not request(since when your classic iced matcha comes with foam?I would understand if it's 10-20% foam but not the whole drink)I asked barista why my drink seems so light and why there's so much foam, she said that's how it comes since I requested no ice. Then I asked her to remake my drink and they ended up doing exact same thing as shown in the picture. I don't like arguing with people so I just left at this point.

Fast, Friendly Drive-Thru & My Favorite Caramel Frappuccino!
I used the drive-thru at Starbucks and had an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and got my order just right. Even with a few cars ahead, the line moved quickly and efficiently.
My Caramel Frappuccino was perfect—creamy, smooth, and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream and caramel drizzle. It hit the spot on a hot day!
Super convenient, consistently great service, and delicious coffee. Can’t ask for more!

I was not able to go through the drive thru cause I'm in a semi truck. So I walked to the windows cause the door was closed. They said it was open at 4:30. I even showed the lady I had money completed refused to serve me. Something about a safety. I don't know what makes a difference between a car or someone walking to the windows. So I went back to the order screen and waited for this amazing women that heard me out. I gave her $15 dollars for 2 large black coffees. Ill probably never be back in this area of Washington again but I will refuse to go that starbucks ever again.

I walk in just to get a free vente cup of ice. Just asked for one the cashier took my “order”, but there was 2 people they both were standing around both had a free moment just to step in and grab a cup and fill it with ice to hand it to me but no. They just avoided eye contact and just kept pacing when they quoted they were “busy” that’s why they took my name…I waited for about 5min and left because there was no reason to wait when it was simple to just reach for a cup and fill it. I normally go to my local Starbucks and there is no issues someone helps as soon as they can and they are courteous and kind. So I’m just surprised at this. So yes 2 star for here cuz I’m just not with the customer service.
