The lady in the drive through speaker was very rude to my boyfriend and I. Rushed us out of the line after we told her one moment and then continued to write up our order wrong. She told us to hurry up because there was someone behind us. I was trying to order more and she cut me off with my total. Customer service should be a priority not something at your convenience. This was around just before midnight on 7/16

Now Taco Bell service is so bad👎.One girl she had gold hair she behaved so bad.I ordered the food fresh 4soft potatoes taco 1fresh fries I ask please make well done and I order 2 chicken quesadillas they guys make the cold food and the girl behaves so bad same as manger .I give the 0.01star for the food and service 👎👎👎👎👎

They almost always forget to give you your drink. One time I ordered a limited time drink and the person giving me my order didn't know what it was and kept trying to point me tk the soda fountain, I had to wait 10 extra minutes for someone else to be free to make the right drink for me.
I ordered some dinner here through doordash when I left work. When I got there, the front desk was abandoned, and I stood there waiting for someone to help me. When someone did, I told them I had a doordash order and showed them my phone. The lady looked at my phone, looked at the orders on the table behind her, one of them would happen to be mine, said nothing, and went back to helping the drive-through. I stood there for another 10 minutes before someone else came up to me and checked my phone again, looked at the bag containing my order that was just sitting there the whole time and handed it to me. I get you're busy, that's no excuse to not communicate!

It's been years since I been to Taco Bell (Ordered on December 19th, 2024). When I saw the new chicken popcorn promo, I was like why not try it. The app was solid for coupons and deals. I ordered the popcorn chicken combo (includes nacho fries and a drink) and I got a free chicken taco.
The popcorn chicken was just okay. A bit dry but the sauces they supplied were solid. More of a one time novelty deal when it comes to those.
The nacho fries are great if you love cheese related fries. Good fries when you want to sober up.
For the drink I got the midnight cherry freeze. It's not bad and it reminds me of a 7-eleven slushie.
As for the Cantina chicken taco, I recommend eating it right away. It doesn't taste as good if you need to reheat it since soggy is sad vs crispy when you eat it right away.
Overall, the stuff I got was fine. I would only get the Volcano taco (when it comes out), nachos, crunch wrap supreme, and the Mountain dew Baja blast soda (That stuff slaps). Expect a bit of a longer wait if you order through the app since they are usually busy.
